Zhengzhou Jierui Abrasives Co., Ltd. is a professional abrasives manufacturer with 25 years of experience.
Located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China, an important domestic abrasives production base. Our factory has a stable production team of about 50 experienced workers and mature complete manufacturing processes.
We specialize in full‑range flap discs, cutting discs, flap wheels, endless abrasive belts and fiberglass mesh backing for abrasive tools, also supporting related abrasive production accessories. Every production procedure including raw‑material screening, formula mixing, molding, curing and finished‑goods inspection is strictly controlled to guarantee consistent and reliable product performance.

We are a real‑source manufacturer owning multiple automatic production lines for cutting discs, flap discs, abrasive belts and flap wheels. Full‑process operations including raw‑material screening, formula blending, molding, curing, post‑processing and finished‑goods inspection are completed in‑house. Independent test station is available for testing rotating speed, impact‑resistance and wear performance. Batch sampling inspection is implemented before delivery to ensure safety & consistent performance. We handle orders ranging from small sample lots up to full‑container export shipments with stable lead‑time.
