Description
Stainless steel work-hardens quickly and burns ordinary discs, which is why we built a dedicated formula for this 125 x 1.2 mm cutting disc. The grain and bond are matched to chrome-nickel alloys, keeping the edge sharp so the wheel cuts fast and cool – no blueing, no heavy burrs.
The 1.2 mm body produces a thin kerf and a clean finish on sheet metal, tube, angle and thin-wall sections. Fibreglass mesh reinforcement keeps the wheel stable at speed, and the 22.23 mm bore fits standard angle grinders directly.
Produced in our 25-year-old Zhengzhou factory and tested for balance, hardness and burst safety before shipment. OEM branding available for distributors and workshops.
