Description
This 150mm flap wheel is made by overlapping abrasive cloth flaps around a metal core, 100mm wide with a 32mm bore. As each flap wears down, the next layer takes over, so the wheel keeps a consistent cutting performance through its whole life – and keeps the workpiece cool by working flap-by-flap instead of with one solid face.
The wheel blends curves, edges and flat surfaces without digging in or gouging, and the flexible flaps follow the shape of the part. With a 32mm bore it fits standard bench grinders and pedestal machines.
