Product Overview
The 125mm T29 red flap disc is our best-value general-purpose flap disc, made with brown fused alumina – a tough, economical abrasive that delivers consistent cutting performance on ordinary steel and most workshop jobs.
The T29 conical shape provides an aggressive cutting angle that removes weld seam and burrs quickly, while the flap construction lets the disc follow the work surface and finish without gouging. Each flap is mounted on a strong fibreglass backing for a stable face that resists edge tearing.
Produced in-house on fully automatic lines in our 25-year-old factory, with the complete 100-180mm range always in stock. Every batch is checked for flap alignment, balance and adhesion, so you get dependable quality at a price that keeps your consumable costs low.
