Description
This 100x2000mm abrasive belt is made from high-quality brown aluminium oxide grain on a flexible cloth backing, in P120. The resin-bonded grain layer stays sharp through long runs, and the cloth backing combines strength with just enough flexibility to follow curved surfaces without tearing.
Every belt is finished with a precision lap joint, so the splice stays smooth and does not thump or vibrate on the machine – important for a clean finish and long machine life. The belt runs cool and cuts steadily on both metal and wood.
Produced in our 25-year-old factory on automatic coating lines, with each belt checked for straight edges, consistent grain density and joint strength. We stock a wide range of widths and lengths, with other grits and sizes available on request.
