Linai runs its own processing and distribution lines, so its purchasing standards are strict: every incoming flap disc and fiber backing plate must match their in-house tolerances for flatness, thickness and edge quality, or the finished goods they resell lose performance. Project Implementation

We then supplied the full volume under a rolling replenishment plan, with production capacity reserved to keep their line running without gaps.
