Description
Cutting stainless steel is harder than it looks – it work-hardens quickly and burns the disc if the bond is wrong. Our 115 x 1.2 mm stainless steel cutting disc is made with a dedicated formula that keeps the edge aggressive on chrome and nickel alloys, so cuts stay fast and the material does not overheat or discolour.
The 1.2 mm thickness gives a thin, low-waste kerf for clean finishes on sheet metal, tube, angle and thin-wall sections, while the fibreglass mesh reinforcement keeps the wheel stable and safe at full speed. The 22.23 mm bore fits standard angle grinders directly.
Made in our 25-year-old factory in Zhengzhou, each disc is tested for balance, hardness and burst safety before it ships, and we support OEM branding for distributors and workshops.

FAQ
The bond and grain are matched to stainless steel, which work-hardens and burns standard discs. This formula keeps cutting speed and prevents discolouration.
