Product Overview
This 115mm T29 flap disc is made with high-temperature calcined aluminium oxide – a grain that has been thermally treated to make it harder and more heat-resistant. When grinding builds up friction heat, ordinary alumina dulls quickly; the calcined grain keeps its edge and keeps removing material, giving noticeably longer disc life on heavy, continuous work.
The T29 conical shape adds an aggressive cutting angle for fast stock removal, while the strong fibreglass backing keeps the face stable at high speed. The dark calcined grain colour also makes this disc easy to recognise on the shelf.
Produced in-house on fully automatic lines in our 25-year-old factory, with the complete 100-180mm range always in stock. Every batch is checked for flap alignment, balance and adhesion before packing.

FAQ
A: The grain is thermally treated so it becomes harder and resists heat better. In practice the disc stays sharp longer on heavy, continuous grinding and does not glaze over.
A: The dark colour comes from the calcined treatment process – it is the visual signature of this high-temperature grain.
A: Brown alumina is the economy choice for general work; calcined alumina is a step up in hardness and heat resistance for demanding jobs.
A: 13,300 RPM (80 m/s). Always match the disc to the rated speed of your grinder.
A: Yes – custom colour, logo, label and carton are all available from our factory.
