Overview
Flap Disc is mainly used for sanding, deburring, and weld cleaning. It relies on multi-layer emery cloth sheets to wear layer by layer, which is suitable for surface treatment; cutting Disc is mainly used for cutting metal, thin and sharp, and it relies on high-speed rotation to cut materials.
When choosing
Choose louver blades for grinding operations (general for particle size P60-P80), and cutting blades for cutting operations (commonly used for thickness 1.0-1.6mm).The combination of the two can cover most of the grinding and cutting needs of metal processing.
